......at 6.30 am, when its bright/sunny and breezy and I have a coice of putting my delicate flower out in a LW or nowt.....

.....whatever I decide its the wrong decision??

Yesterday - LW on....turned out gorgeous.
Today....thinks to myself.....ahhh, learn from yesterday.....LW off .....'tis peeing it down.

Result....poofy white beastie will be sulking under a tree with his bum to the wind when I get to the yard, and will then prance sideways to his stable whilst wearing an expression of absolute disgust

lol, I have the same problem. Wimpish chestnut TBX will be hiding under the biggest tree she can find, and then drag me at 90mph up the rather steep hill to her stable.

Assuming I can catch the b*gger of course - otherwise it will be me standing under the tree while she runs rings round me lol

its called sods law.

Lordship is out without a rug all the time now, he got plenty of weight on him, wasn't clipped, he' not being groomed on daily basis like he was coming in on a night so he's pretty much water proof lol and he does tend to over heat easily, plus has a habit of busting his front straps....of course we all know why that is, so its safer all round for him not to have a rug on.

I'm not a mean mother...honest, I call it tuff love

I was driving home yesterday afternoon to see a few horses in a huuugggggeeeeeeeee field, I was slightly amused to see that one tb type was showing off around the field then i realised why - her owner was chasing her around with the head collar and lead rope. Said ponio looked to be having lots of fun, more so than said owner!

Think i'd be putting her in smaller field!!

Prob not then, but I was definitely chasing a TB type round the field with a headcollar and leadrope

She won...lol (I've had her 13 years, not catching her is one of her quirks which I have learnt to live with and laugh about!!)

I've been lucky, Archie (tb) used to wait till i got to him then rather than run away he used to run around me swishing his tail and thorwing his head around having lots of fun! I'm just glad he didnt tank off I could not possibly have caught him. The Taffster comes straight away well actually he's usually that busy eating he doesnt notice you've caught him!

Mine won't be upset at the rain, just plastered nose to tail in an inch of mud and feeling very pleased with himself. I'm never having having another grey, ever.
