that on a normal dry day horses are waiting at the gate to come in, but when its peeing down with rain and blowing a gale they are right at the back of the field eating, totally ignoring me?( There is no shelter in this field)

Mine did the same. I was even wielding a packet of polos!! they walked up the field a little way then turned round and went back

maybe they couldn't hear you over this horrible wind! or they are just evil and want you to get wet and muddy walking over to get them! PAY BACK! hehe

Lol wouldn't surprise me if that was true kerrieberry!! They seem to stand and watch with delight as I skate/skid and stumble in the mud and then once I am within reaching distance, take a token step forward
