My little lorry doesnt seem to be selling, anyone got any ideas as to why?
Its a brillaint little lorry, its only got 16k on the clock- which is excelent for a B reg. Its in reasonable condition - nothing a bit of tlc wouldnt solve. Ideal first horsebox too, but it doesnt seem to be shifting - is it the wrong time to sell horseboxes??

Maybe you are sending dodgy and desperate dealer vibes?

It is a lovely little lorry, and yes I am desperate to shift it, I dont have the money to run two horse lorries. As for dodgy...no not at all I dont know what makes you think that.

People only want the sexy new shape ones

I realised that I could get so little for mine that I was better off letting it's test run out and using it as a mobile field shelter / lambing pen for the sheep. Mine was even older than yours though.:(

To try to help sell it: If it's got a long MOT then say how long it is! If it hasn't got a long MOT and you KNOW that it will fly through for just the cost of the test then put another test on it - 13 months MoT is a valuable selling point.

Don't say your horse needs a front unload - you've just given them a reason for not buying it. Just say you've bought a bigger / newer one.

The first photo isn't the best ever. Can you crop it so the lorry takes up nearly all the picture? Even better would be taking the picture again from an angle in front so that it looks less "gappy" - that's the big difference between these old ones and the strealined looking new ones.

The internal shot - again isn't making best use of the space, I'd be inclined to show it with two horsey bums in it!

Third shot - can you get a good one of neat and tidy interior with breast bar and partition? If so show that instead of the clock shot - you've said you have supporting documentation.

Does the partition you've got adapt to work herringbone? If so make a feature of it, if not leave out anything about "herringbone".

Can you get it across a weighbridge so that you can state it's weight and show that it really can carry two 16.2?

This is meant to be helpful not picky so I hope it came across that way!
