why men verses women

are horsey women so much more competative than horsey men, not meaning the big names
i'm talking about your basic type of livery yard were the women end up bitching and getting to the point of evil is that just pure pmt. were men seem to be able to go to the yard ride their horse and not give a toss about anything.

I don't think it has anything to do with horses or livery yards. It is the general difference between men and women. Men generally get on with what they are doing and don't stick their noses in to other peoples business. Women are just 'different'.

I work mostly with men, and I like it that way!!! They just get on and do their job, not bothered by what anyone around them is doing.

Just my opinion :)
 
Im a man on my own at home with my horses, but my guess is its not a problem for men.. 2 reasons one we are a minority on most yards so theres not so many other fellas to fall out with...
and we wouldent dare to argue with them women as we would be out numberd and itcould get nasty!!!.....
 
I am the only man with a horse at the yard of maybe 25 women, to be honest I just listen from a distance and chuckle to myself. I am however in a fortunate position as more often than not one of the girls need a bit of muscle, always something to lift or fix for them.

I don't mind at all and can quite often see how the bitching starts and all the differing opinions, makes my days/evenings interesting and after all it takes all sorts to fill a lvery yard

Bullsh*t!!!! (No offense intended though:D)

Men are just as bitchy as women if not more so....which is probably why women are stereotyped (sp?) by men/society as "bitchy" so as to draw attention away from the fact that men are as bad/worse.........

Jeez.....you should meet some of our local famers!! Biggest gossips and bitches EVER!!! And they are ALL men by the way :D

i hate to say it but in the way you describe the differences between men and women on a yard, i dont fit into either lol, i dont do bitching about people on the yard i wait untill i go for a nice hack with the only people i go out with so that i know its not going to backfire but if they arent there then i keep myself to myself as i cant be bothered with everyone else if all they want to do is bitch and moan lol and im in my own wee bubble half of the time anyway
