Here's a question - Why do you use the HHO Forum??!

Guys, I'm sure we've all got "better" things to be doing with our time!! Working, riding, mucking out! The list is endless.... yet as far as I can see, there are at least 350 other sad buggers besides myself, meandering around the forum right at this moment!

Do we need to Get A Life??

Unemployed so using my knowledge of licences, legal towing combinations and LGV stuff to help others

I've never riden a horse!!

PS & ADD
I find the female views on certain issues in soapbox fascinating cos you never talk to us men about them

Guys, I'm sure we've all got "better" things to be doing with our time!! Working, riding, mucking out! The list is endless.... Not right now.yet as far as I can see, there are at least 350 other sad buggers besides myself, meandering around the forum right at this moment!

Not really, my life's fine.

Keeps me sane , rather sit here with a brew expanding my knowledge :D:D than be doing washing, ironing, Hoovering up, watching Peppa pig, walk the dog ......

I do have better things to do, quite right, not necessarily things I want to do:D;)

So far this morning, bearing in mind it is 9.45am and already 27C, I've been outside since 6.30am apart from a breakfast break, I've bottle fed 30 goats, done the ducks, the rabbits, mucked out stalls, bought in 6 horses, fed 8 others, hayed others, repaired a trashed fence, cuddled cats and kittens, filled troughs and cleared a haybarn I bloody well DESERVE 20 minutes for a coffee and some mindless browsing.

Actually, if I want an answer to something I go elsewhere for it, I just run it by HHO for opinions and advice, always helpful to speak with people wo have actually experienced something I want to know about.

because it's interesting and informative:) and quite often i leave myself logged on while i go off and do something else so although it looks like i'm online i'm no where near the pc:p
coming on HHO is my break from RL lol, I have 3 horses 2 ponies, 3 dogs 2 kids and a husband who take up a lot of time, sometimes it's nice to catch up with whats going on in other peoples lives and the horsey world while having a relaxing cuppa:)

Beacuse i'm too good (quick) at my job and work have run out of things to give me so actually do tell me to do what I like on the internet! :D

Work from home so can have private and company sites open at the same time. Far more fun to be had on HH than boring old work.

Plus loads to learn and have a laugh over.

Bored.

I use it when I have no upcoming deadlines/work/general life business as a way to procrastinate from tidying/cleaning/making phone calls/laundry and other monotonous tasks, amongst other websites

I also use it when I want to research/get information for things like livery yards and people's experiences using certain bits/supplements/tack etc

I also enjoy sniggering to myself at various occurrences/people's posts on here.

I think there is some informative stuff on here especially regarding certain diseases/symptoms/conditions, although occasionally I come away diagnosing my horse with all kinds of detrimental pathologies/illnesses that, realistically, are not something that she has (a bit like googling your own symptoms in order to self diagnose). Doctor Internet is not always a good thing!

I may also add that this place has enabled me to receive a lot of help, contact details and even buy a bit through personal messages. People like that on here are indispensable.

Because I'm such an horse expert I should share my wealth of knowledge :D

because everyone on here is really friendly, and I've got some top tips and support! and I'm addicted..

I love reading comp reports and seeing horses and riders progress, also jobless and horseless and just started my gap year so have nothing to do.
