Has anyone had problems with this company. They advertise a lot on Facebook. I ordered some clothing on 28th September and am still waiting for it.
When I chased them last week, I had quite a snitty email ( after also chasing via Facebook when email was ignored for several days) . They said that it did say to allow X working days ( which I had exceeded) and that they were experiencing a Christmas rush ( obviously have very organised customers who like to shop early !!)
Last Tuesday they messaged to say it was awaiting collection by Royal Mail and to expect delivery in 1 to 3 days.
Still nothing.
I can't see anything bad online but the customer service seems dreadful.
Just wondered if this was a blip before I open a PayPal dispute ?
