Widening a dressage saddle

Hi! I have a medium wide jaguar dressage saddle, problem is now my boy has muscled up he needs a wide. My saddler said jaguar can widen the saddle. Does anyone have any experience with this? This saddle does have quite a lot of sentimental value so I'm so worried about it being ruined. Help!!!!

I had the tree widened on my saddle,no problems at all, i was told that nearly all trees could be widened but people are not told as its less profitable than selling you a new saddle.

Most saddles can be made wider, I would contact Jaguar they should be able to do it for you.

Jaguars can be made wider as they are made to be the original size. Some trees are made a medium then widened to fit, widening these more can alter the saddle balance and stress the tree, but Jags are fine, as are most barnsbys!
