Wii Fit-ing my way back into the saddle

After nine months of pregnancy and two months of trying to figure out how to look after the very adorable new little person with us, the time has come for me to return to the saddle. Only, last time I was in it, I was far too unfit to do a decent job of riding the mare - and now I'm half a stone heavier still. So, to combat this issue, I have invested in a Wii Fit.

The options are baffling. I'd assumed that it would have a number of set fitness programs but it doesn't, bar little ones that last about five minutes each. Has anyone else used it to get riding fit? What sort of stuff did you do? I've been doing all the balance games because they're the most entertaining, but I don't think they're going to do much for toning up. :confused:
 
TBH - I bought the Wii Fit, and decided it was rather useless, if you have a second remote, I'd get the My Fitness Coach Cardio Workout, that is much better.

You can choose how hard you want to work, and it does start of easier, then progress.
