will a neue schule bit stop my horse sticking his tongue out???

My horse likes to stick his tongue out the side of his mouth when being ridden. He generally only does it when i'm just hacking or when he isn't concentrating, like in the line up in a showing class!! He isn't trying to get his tongue over the bit or anything.
I ride him in a french link snaffle which he goes in fine, I've tried a normal jointed bit and one with copper rollers but he still does it. Now someone has suggested trying a neue schule bit, but as they are expensive I don't want to buy one and it not help. So wondered if anyone has had this problem before?

Bit Bank ... you can try it and if it doesnt work return it .
