Will Bates Webbers leathers fit on Sprenger System 4 Stirrups?

Gutted - just bought some new Bates Webbers leathers to go on my delicious new WOW Jump Saddle (had to as regular leathers won't fit - grrr), only to find the T Buckle bit is too thick to fit through the eyelet of my cheap and cheerful rip off Sprengers.

Nightmare - I can't go XC length in regular stirrups, my knees will kill me! If I do bite the bullet and go for the proper Sprengers ( I know, I know - you get what you pay for!!), can anyone reassure me that I won't have the same issue?

Doh - how stupid of me! I was in such a rush, then got in a fluster I never even tried that! God if my head wasn't attached....

Will try that as soon as I get home! Fingers crossed.....
