Will her shoulders still build up?

So recently started sitting on my 4-year old horse (can't call it riding yet!). From the ground, she looks pretty big (16.2hh, etc.). But from the saddle, she looks tiny to me... i.e. her shoulders are quite narrow, nothing there really. Feels a bit like I am sitting on a fence!!! My friend's horse is even narrower, so I am probably exaggerating a bit.

Is this something that will build up as she gets exercised more/gets older??? I'd like her to be a bit more filled up in the front...

What breed is she? If full thoroughbred (or similar) then she may fill out a bit but she will be about there, if warmblood, draft or other stocky type she has another few years to grow up and out so fear not

She is a Warmblood - but has a bit of TB (i.e. great-great-great grandsire or something...).

Currently, she fills a narrow saddle. Though will soon need the saddle adjusted.

Hopefully, she is still gonna fill out!!!
