Will it ever stop raining !!

is anybody else pis**d off with the weather. Just lately it is either too hot to ride or pouring with rain. When i put my horses out in the morning i never know whether to rug or not and nearly always make the wrong decision. The fields are getting saturated. Come on summer, come back all is forgiven.

I agree! If anyone else says 'but we did need the rain' I will probably rearrange their teeth. We may have 'needed it' but now I want bl00dy summer back

We only had rain over the last weekend. The fields are as dry as ever now

Oldmare - I have a missing upper right molar - please can you rearrange my teeth to fill that gap!

I actually want more rain - hasn't been enough yet for the grass to grow sufficiently in my resting paddock, and the ground around here is so rock hard that I daren't do any fast work at all.

So rain for the next 2 days would be nice, followed by a sunny and dry weekend.

I am thinking of building an Ark if it doesn't stop soon. Grass is chin high and where they managed to get hay cut early last week there is now new grass leaping through the quagmire. The fields are sodden, the roads are flowing like rivers and the rivers are over flowing. How I yearn for a hammered blue sky and 35 degrees of sun.....what the hell did we move up here for?!!!

We certainly did not need the rain and I don't want anymore! Forecast is better for tomorrow - we shall see....
