BEFORE I THROW ALL MY TOYS OUT THE PRAM!!!

I am trying to watch the vids of my er racer here

now- I have registered for free and put in my horses name- it has brought up his whole history and loads of videos-I click on the video I want to watch, a pop up opens of the video but its just a blank screen and when I clcik play it says no media or something like that? I am getting v v annoyed now!

I've just been on there and put my boy in and his vids came up ok. Sorry i know thats no help.
 
What format is the video in? Right click on the box and it should have a properties option, or state what it is i.e. windows media, quick time, real player, flash etc.

Then go to the appropriate website (search google) and find out what the latest drivers are and download them if you don't have the lastest versions. It's probably that. Good luck x
