Has anyone else used these people? Ordered a hand made riding crop in October, and I’m still waiting!

Hey Dipper, did you get your whip in the end? I live overseas and have ordered a whip from these people and after paying for it they are no longer replying to my messages, so now I’m thinking this is all a scam.

Hi, I’m still chasing it! She has replied to my husband a couple of times, the last correspondence said she had resent the crop two weeks ago but still nothing has arrived and no tracking information given. I imagine she’s hoping I’ll give up but that won’t actually happen!

I doubt if the police would want to know. I notice it’s not possible to leave reviews on her Facebook page. I’m chewing over a possible course of action but I’d like to think her conscience will get the better of her in the meantime!

Ah now mine had been on the way since November, although I don’t want to dash your hopes too much! I haven’t seen it yet, it’s at my husband’s place of work. I’m not sure if it was being held by the courier, or if the threat of a trading standards enquiry did the trick! Anyhow, there is definitely hope! Good luck!

I used these back in the summer.
I did eventually receive my whip put it took 6-8 weeks with constant chasing.
I wanted a refund and she kept insisting she'd refunded me but money never made it to my account.
As I say the whip eventually arrived and the postage stamp on it (sent RM) was only dated the previous day so I wouldn't believe her when she tells you she's posted it as she kept telling me this ??

Unfortunately the whip wasn't that great when it arrived and definitely not worth the money paid.
I did comment on her fb page but she deleted all my comments and has since blocked me ??

Hi, thanks for your comment. This all sounds very familiar. I’ve just collected the riding crop from my husband - it was posted RM yesterday. There were constant excuses for non receipt about it being held up in transit but never any tracking info given. As you say, the crop isn’t great quality at all - personalisation done in pen!

I'm annoyed that her business page is allowed to delete comments.
I read through her page before ordering and ordered as all comments were positive but obviously that's because she deletes everything else??.
My comments were just asking for her to please reply to me and confirm that she had posted item, but still deleted

Yes, likewise I commented on her page asking her to reply to my message as she may not have seen it, and it was deleted. I was convinced into using her initially as she had so many ‘likes’ on her page, I thought she must be okay. I couldn’t find any reviews on her anywhere. Just goes to show, if someone wants to pull the wool over peoples’ eyes, they’ll manage it.
