Dear Rider, Due to adverse weather conditions over the past few days we have had to cancel this years event. We had hoped to go ahead and the weather forecastswere in our favour but the over night rain in the Windsor area has made theground conditions unsafe for riding. just copying and pasting the email i just recieved from Jean Smith but as it says cancelled this year sounds like it wont be put back on. Shame really, could have gone to badders instead.

What a shame. I used to do it and I know they raise a good amount for charity. Damn this poo weather we always seem to get nowadays.

Shame as a great ride (but bloody expensive - If you pay your own entry and sponsorship like me).

That's why I didn't sign up for it, 8 miles though windsor park doesn't sopund much of a challenge. It's going to be a pain for people returning all that sponsorship money.
