Four days ago we were asked to stand in last minute for the riding club to attend Windsor to take part in the quadrille display (having never taken part in ANYTHING like this before!- we are SJ and XC!)

I am so, so happy to report that the day was absolutly brilliant, we had SO much fun!

I thought id post some photos from the day!!

She was happier stuck to the side of another horse, as some of the other quadrille teams have very scarey costumes!!

I LOVE HER SOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!

Well Done

Didn't see the show but you certainly looked the part and well done for taking on the challenge, horses give so much happiness to people and never ask for much in return.

The pictures are great

Agree, she never asks for anything, but she was thoughly spoilt with sugar lumps afterwards!!

I would never have put her down for a horse that would tolerate doing this (and at 20 years old) she still isnt set in her ways and so willing to give anythings a go.

She is such a gorgeous girl!

I'm afraid I only saw you waiting and had to go back to send my horse home as he had been there 24 hours and needed to get back in his field.lol.
Great show ,she came 6th in the services teams for West Mids police and met the Queen!

Thats brilliant, well done for her! there was a brilliant atmosphere there, i absolutly loved and so did Gem, she really rose to the occasion.... although i dont think she had a clue what was going on!

Gem took me down the field at quite a pace yesterday morning, she was very keen to get there to tell all of her friends about it!!

Thanks again for the picture! x
