Hi, wondering if anyone out there has a horse prone to ulcers who is feeding the Medium Energy one.
My mare has been living on Hi Fi Lite, Alphabeet as well as some additional oil, supplements and some fibre cubes. Although I make up the alphabeet as fresh as i can, once it has stood for a couple hours in this heat it starts to smell awful and am worried its gone off so have decided not to give it to her anymore (she's not to keen on it either).
I also want a feed which will give me a little more energy so hoping that this would be a good idea. I would plan to introduce it slowly whilst mixing with the Hi Fi lite.
She has just been given a tentative all clear on the ulcer front and really dont want to risk un-doing all the hard work and grief its taken us to get this far. I know the web-site says you can feed it safely but would like a bit of reassurance from anyone who has tried it.
Thanks
