I really did have everything crossed as we seemed to have had a couple of days of nicer weather, but I think it has come that little too late. And with more rain forecast, hats off to the organisers to make a decision in enough time for all competitors.

Let's hope for next year's season being a lot more successful than this one!!!

Its poo of one of our horses as now means we can't get a PN run in this year by looks of it and good for the other as he has been lame all week but left entry in just incase they cancelled

Arena Uk have good show, good money......however entries closed 6th sept, so too late for us abandonees! I did ring on the offchance, but not accepting late entries unless we were already there on the previous days. Bugger!
However,on the positive front, I was also about to withdraw a beastie from winkburn, when they cancelled, so there is a glimmer of light!
Keysoe have a junior academy show, only for juniors, ponies, and junior associates on horses. Goes up to 1.15open for horses. Elms Farm Caythorpe have unaff TB for ponies and horses, plus stressage. All the above on sunday.

I am pleased. Its a pain that it had to cancel, but the ground would have been deep anyway and I would prefer they cancel than run and people having to WD if they thought anything of their horses legs.
