WIntec Easy change gullet system

I might be a being a bit thick, but I'm trying to buy a gullet for my new saddle (Wintec Isabell), and it's not clear whether you still need to specify an R or S gullet for the newer saddles with the Easychange system. Not a single retailer gives the option of choosing the R or S fiting, so Im wondering if that's not a thing any more,
Does anyone know? I'm dying to ride my lovely horse in my lovely saddle - but himself will not take kindly to the medium gullet that's currently fitted!

I could be wrong but thought all Wintec gullets were the same, Thorowgood gullets come in R and S variations

That’s what I was going to say. TG are R (round cantle) or S (square cantle)

Wintec just have one set of gullets.
