Wintec gullet advice?

Does anyone know if a wintec 500 gp will take an extra wide gullet?

Physically, it may fit, but they are not designed to work in the gp500.

When I needed to go to an xwide, I just changed the saddle.

A Wintec 500 is designed to work up to a 'white' gullet, isn't it - that's extra wide? I thought just the purple and mauve ones require the special cob saddle.

This^^ The white is extra wide so thats fine to use.
The purples are for the Wintec Wide saddle and are XXL, XXXL & XXXXL

Yes it will take it. I found it a bit difficult to fit it in but it will if you pull the panels apart wide enough to begin with.

I had a white in mine, it worked but wasn't the easiest lol squeeeeeze!

Happily my saddle fitter will be doing it
kids have only left some Palma violets and a few lollies

I always get a saddler to fit mine too, I want to be sure it's right. I currently have 'white' sized horse and a 'mid-purple' horse . Saddler always flexes the saddle before putting the bar in.

Mines a master saddler but literally just gives you the plate & kit! So I've fitted all mine following the instructions myself!
