Wintec gullet measurement - can you help?

I need a different tree for my husbands horses Wintec, and it needs to be 25cm (or slightly more) measured from hole to hole in the tree. I'm guessing it will be wide, but would like to know before I buy, and it's a long way to drive to a saddlers - if anyone has one at home please would you measure it for ome!? Thanks!
