Some help/recommendations would be much appreciated!

I went to swap over the gullet in my Wintec dressage saddle this afternoon and found part of it had snapped!

It wasn't like that when I checked the saddle a few weeks ago so at least I haven't been riding my poor boy in it for too long! He's been foot perfect too bless him. No idea when it actually happened!

Any ideas on where To take it to get fixed would be great!

I'd highly recommend Chris Ghol as a saddler -I know he has supplied and fitted Wintec's to a friend in the past (I've never had one). I don't know if he can do this sort of repair - but it can't hurt to ask. Both Buttons saddlery and Broomells Worskhop are listed as suppliers - but I don't know if they repair either. Good luck!

Saddler Ellie Martin has a saddler friend who can send wintecs back for repair. I've forgetten her name, but Ellie will know. That looks like the point of the tree and if under 10 years old, should be covered by wintec's tree guarantee. The serial number under flap allows them to age saddle. Good luck

Thanks for the replies!

I've just taken a closer look at the saddle and the saddle has split at the cantle on both sides as well so the seat is coming apart from the rest of the saddle. It's hard to see in a photo!

I haven't dropped it or done anything too it, but I wonder if a sharer has dropped it and not thought to mention it.

Not sure if it's worth getting fixed or just looking for another!
