Any recommendations of long boots that I can wear about the yard and to ride in? And ones that actually stay warm and waterproof? Would love some Ariats, but the bank balance wouldnt

I have a pair of Toggis, they are reduced currently in mole valley farmers. they are about 60 i think....there is two sorts one with the zip...i intened to buy when next pay cheque comes in 
and the ones i alreayd have which are SO warm is the ones without the zip they have a bit of tie at the top of the boot that is it, i love them and i do everything in them! Toggi Canyon boots, thats what they are called i just looked them up on google
