I was wondering what to feed a competition horse through out winter that lives in and is on good quality hay, She is a medium weight cob but needs a good feed for her coat condition and general well being.
You need to consider height, weight, condition score, work done, ability of rider, horse's likes and dislikes.
It isn't really possible to do this in the abstract without knowing the horse....
Can you ask your instructor/YO as they might be able to help you with specific feed suggestions for your cob?

Like Shiladair says, hard to say without knowing the other important factors. How about phoning up the usual help lines (Spillers, Baileys, D&H etc.), they help loads and work out exactly how much they need to.
