Also teeth and back. check for bridle fit and sensitivity to touch around ears. could be: badly fitting tack ear infection/mite bitting issue teeth/mouth issue trigeminal nerve temporal Mandible Joint (TMJ) Aural Plaque rider issue Observe horse lunged in tack and without tack. observe another rider. observe behaviour at rest in daylight and in the dark.
