Tonight - found the pony shivering in the rain in his lightweight turnout, Bomber was wet and cold and keen for food
SOOO - they have had their first big bale of haylage for the year, pony has been put in a heavy weight turnout with neck just for the night and bomber is indoors drying off. There are also 4 wet rugs to dry where I tried putting a fleece under a lightweight turnout for both of them first
Its amazing how quickly you forget all this in summer isn't it?
