I have just recieved a phone call from a worried horse owner who has had her wire partly cut "top strands were left intact", a red transit van was seen in the area and two young men one blonde one dark haired wee seen hanging around who did not really have a explaination of why they were there.
She also stated that one horse had what she thought was a man made plait now I did explain that most of these plaits were natural wind tangles but who am I to say what these are without seeing them, obviously having your wire cut the same day is very worrying.
The area this happened is coalbrookdale telford, I shall be passing on this info to shropshire horsewatch, but thought I would put it out on the forum for people in this area to keep a look out.
