Wirral Riding Centre?

which level? if you are going to be in the advanced group it's totally separate from the int and novice. You really need to have your own horse for the advanced group. It used to be at Barnston for the nov/int. The WRC is quite nice it has a really good outdoor school and a decent indoor school. The horses seem pretty nice although I havn't had much to do with them

See, I would be advanced I would say ( competing at novice level eventing ireland) but obviously my boy is at home and I don't really want to bring him here unless I ave transport..which I don't! may in the final two years but we'll see
Are you involved in the riding club?

I used to be in it many years ago(I assume you mean Liverpool Uni) but in the intermediate class as I didn't have my own horse then. It was really just a cheap way of getting riding lessons. The advanced, from what I know are quite competetive and do very well at the BUSA competitions. I dont think i would be able to compete for them now as I'm a member of staff!

just had a quick look. we came 5th in the national championships - had no idea we were that good! if you want to see what the place itself is like www.thewirralridingclub.com used to use the centre a lot and have pictures on their web site (the club is closed now). Stephen Clarke used to be based there and Chris Ward is now there.

Chemistry. I'm a nerdy scientist

btw, the club is pretty much the vets club. There was only me and my friend who weren't!
