withdrawal refund help??

Had to withdraw from Eridge as they put me in Friday dressage (even though I couldnt do it and didnt say I could) but thats fine.

So do I get a full refund as it doesnt say anything except for refunds before ballot date . Dont want to bother sec but does anyone know?? they did have a full waiting list so they might have filled my place

If you check the BE Eridge page (not bdwp), it states that refunds will be given in full if you withdraw before the closing date for entries.

yes thats what i said above. It doesnt say anything else so it was after the ballot as it was because of dressage on friday. usually it says on BE website about after ballot date etc etc but not on Eridge schedule.
Will wait for credit card bill I suppose!

Cant run now till later on in the year as my mums too ill and have to travel to visit her in hospital.
