Wondering if anybody would be interested(Small Yard) Lancs

Wondering if this appeals to anybody.


- Small yard
- Owner lives on site
- 6 Internal american barn type stables for liveries, 3 for owners horses
- all year turnout unless really really wet then stabled, if cleared up then can go out for afew hours if owners wish
- price includes turnout in morning/rug changed or if in stable then net in/feed
- bridleways/quiet roads, close to pubs
- wash bay/tie up area
- secured tack room with lockers if wanted
- feed room with sofas, radio, kettle etc
- no arena as of YET! awaiting planning permission
- yard meetings at the pub

Sounds great especially once you have your arena. I'm in Nether Kellet good luck good yards are like gold dust choose you should have a waiting list a mile long.
