wonders if anyone is brave enough...

..in light (pardon the pun) of the threads about hi-vis, to admit to not wearing any, and if chosen, add why not?

Occasionally I don't. May be that I forgot it, or that I wasn't planning on going out and then went out. Sometimes it's because I just didn't think about it. If riding someone else's horse I'll always wear one.

Sometimes if I've been doing a bit of schooling and am just having such a nice time I don't want to get off so go off out, I don't because I don't want to get off and get it :-/ but mostly now I stick on a tabard for schooling anyway just in case I do decide to venture out!

Only if I have forgotten to put it on. I invested in the "Polite Notice" waistcoat and hat band and other owners and I are amazed how 99% of drivers literally crawl past and I am sure it's because they aren't willing to take the risk in case I am police.

It definitely made hacking on the roads a lot safer!

I don't. Though I do tend to wear bright coloured tops.

No real reason otherwise. Got fed up of how windy it gets where I ride on the hills and ending up like an inflatable life vest when going any faster than walk.

I dont, but I only ride around the yard fields. Wouldn't take long to find me if either of my horses returned alone.

I would do if I went on the road though.

I don't if I'm going straight out the back of the farm (through the fields) directly into the county park where the bridlepaths and ride are. I'm not sufficiently worried about coming off and needing to be seen from the air to dress up. I would never go anywhere I might meet traffic without it, my horse or anyone else's. I also won't go out without having hi-viz on my horse in case I lose her and she needs to be visible making her own way home (heaven forbid).
