Self indulgent post to say I have finished this years BE season on a good note. At Culzean Castle BE today, and was 7th in my Intro section - dead pleased- think the pink rosette really swung it

: that's me finished my first season with three placings out of seven events - which i think is not bad considering I wasn't confident that I'd manage anymore than one.

Team support from my friends, parents and even hubby - so pleased and my boy loved it as always. Think I may even venture into the dizzy heights of pre-novice next year!

Cheers for reading my self indulgent post as I'm buzzing at the moment!!! How did everyone else do this weekend?

Well done! Your xc round looked great! My husband was doing his first Intro and was on just after you - really pleased with him as he had a respectable dressage score and went clear and within time xc. Unfortunately sj let him down, but we can work on that!

I had a brilliant time - good dr, only one down sj and clear and fast xc (those PN jumps were very up to height!). Was lying 5th just before I left for home, but not all results in so ended up 13th. Still, shouldn't really complain at that!

Just Wee Burgie to go and that's us for the season.
