Thinking of getting some of the reflective ones for hacking, was wondering what people thought of them and what they are like fit wize?

The size guide says:

Cob/Full 14.2hh–15.1hh : Medium fronts, Medium hinds

Full Size 15.2hh-16.2hh: Medium fronts, Large hinds

Extra Full 16.3hh+ : Large fronts, XL hinds

Lance is only 16.2hh, but a big horse with plenty of bone, so wondering just how true the sizing is and whether to go for the medium and large as recommended.

Lance has 9" bone in front, 9 1/2 " behind:

I think you would be fine with medium in front and large behind, I have a set of them (somewhere!) and that is what I have, there is lots of room for horses with bigger bone.

thanks thats great, some brands seem to come up small so I thought I should check...get sick of returning things!

how do you find them, do they slip etc?

ive always found woof boot to be a excellent fit and a great quality.

I use mine for school, hacking, jumping and turnout and they havent slipped yet! and thats even going through muddy gate ways. Mine also dry very quickly.

highly recommended

The plus side of getting your Oh into horses!

I love Woof boots, we use them a lot at work and they're fab, long-lasting, tough, easy to put on and get off quickly. I use the double-lock ones on my own horses as I have more time to fiddle about and put them on and off (also they're mine so I don't want to lose them!) but actually the Club ones don't generally un-do that easily as the velcro is pretty tough.
Woof as always is highly recommended from me!

Hi, I think you would find the legacy reflective hi viz ones better. I have both the woof and legacy. The legacy have more of the reflective stuff on so are more visible from more angles than the woof ones if that makes sense. Go look on ebay at some legacy ones compared to the woof ones which are only reflective on the outside tabs and hopefully you will see what I mean. The legacy ones are shorter in length, but otherwise comparable widthways to the woof ones.
