The other person who shares my yard, was given her notice last week (due to the planning issues we're having, thought it was sensible until we sort out whats happening) and was wondering how D was going to cope as he shares the field with her's while the little 2 are in a field of their own. Have decided once the other horse has gone that D will go in with them, but in the past when i have tried that, he turns into a raving psycho and goes hell for leather trying to beat the crap out of the midget one. However since the begining of the year with the snow and stuff, i have occasionally put them in the field together just for a couple of hours (whilst watching them like a hawk at all times), normally with a load of hay so this has kept D occupied. But today i have finally seen the break through, i put them all out together at lunchtime as i couldnt get them through the gate first thing and all they did was have a munch, a good roll, then went back to munching. I do believe they have finally sorted themselves out and they can all be intogether from now on. Phew its going to make life a lot easier if they are all in one field, saves me having to traips back and forth.
