Work with foal?

Have recently bought my first baby, 9 month old thoroughbred filly but unsure what kind of things i should be doing with her... She will stand at her haynet and let me groom her and leads happily to the field and back with her stable buddy but should i be trying other things?
Any help much appreciated

Teach manners, pick feet up, load on trailer, get used to flappy things/traffic
and enjoy, youngsters are great

Shes being very good at the moment, but manners are still something left to be desired... ie when i bring her food into the stable she does attempt to go through you to get to it, so trying to teach her to back up from the door and not run me over!
