Working Hunter, for male.

After alot more schooling and jumping i hope to go to a local spring show at Great Bookham were i can do working hunter as i think Rosie would enjoy it as i would to.
Im sorry as i no this has been mentioned alot but im a sixteen year old male so what would i wear as i have black tack and a silver HSI hat?

what to wear :/

tweed jacket, long boots, light beige jods (not white) and a shirt and tie + gloves . Black numnah not saddle cloth plain bridle. You can jump in boots but need to take them off if you go into the show section after a clear round.

Don't worry about your tack being black too much, just go and have a go
 
I had the stress of my first working hunter class yesterday! There seemed a mixture of things there: some people had martingales, flash nosebands, some in a stock, some wearing a tie, some in blue jackets, some in tweed...so for local/riding club level I don't think it matters too much.

Black or brown tack is fine, and yes have a numnah (dark) and try not to have too much showing under the saddle.

I was told the 'correct' dress is tweed and tie.
