Working Hunter Trimming

Hello People,

Quick Q. How would you trim for a working hunter class at a show? What is taken off, left on etc? Help please!

Basically anything not required trimmed off, pulled tail trimmed fairly short, head, ears trimmed, heels trimmed closely.

She's pretty much working hunter top. Spent her career as a WHP

There's very little hair. No ears, feathers or top of tail and mane was pulled very short.

as above really - nice pony too!

depends, M&M ponies should be shown naturalish (i.e you can tidy them up a bit but should have full mane and tail)

otherwise - trimmed as much as possible, I personally don't pull the tail but if I just compete locally, if I was going to a higher level show and wanted to be competitive then I would pull the tail
