Hi all.
Am thinking of putting my teenage daughter's 14.2 cob type on working livery at a riding school near Inverness, and wondering if anyone's had experience of this in our area?
He's a lovely boy, very laid-back, easy keeper & low maintenance, but needs more education (esp cantering & jumping) and more regular work than we can give him at home. Also daughter not inclined to spend as much time on/with him as she should.
I would like daughter to have lessons on him (at the same riding school) a couple of times a week, plus use him for Pony Club activities. Asking too much?
Any opinions/advice greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi, I'm in Nairn and there isn't too many around this area.

Chapelton Farm used to take working liveries (I'm sure they still do). Your daughter would easily be able to have lessons on him there and also they do some competitions as well.
As long as you let them know exactly what you want, I'm sure you'd be able to find a happy solution all round. :D

Logie Farm is also another one. I'm not sure what they're like but have heared good reviews from them.
