Horse transport for slaughter.It seems our wonderful European parliment acknowledge that welfare is severely compromised but are unwilling to do anything about it.They will issue fresh guidlines and attempt to enforce existing legislation.Thats it.If you wish to speak to your MEPs you can find and email them at writetothem.com

I know the report you mean, and it's the Commission, not the Parliament that have done this.... the Parliament is in agreement, they adopted a declaration last year to say as much. So it's the Commission that need chasing, not the MEPs!
