worm counts? where do you get them done and how much?

hi, where do you get them done and how much is it.
i usually use bimectin or animectin or equest or equest promox.

We use our Vets, we pay £29 for a year, and they are checked every 8 weeks.

i use westgate labs - last time i bought a 4count pack it was £28 or £29 but i have to pay p+p to send the sample. i think now they send you prepaid envelopes and not sure of cost to order - still got 2 vouchers to go so that'll be the 90p each

I too use Westgate, it was £19.50 (with a discount voucher) for my 2 girls to be tested the other day. I use them 4 times a year, and only give Equitape in the autumn if they keep coming back clear (always do).

usually i just use wormer and get on with it. but last few weeks i had a mare with tape and a mare with redworm and just want to be sure they are getting right wormers as had to use equitape and then equest, so not really cheap using 2. would like to get them all tested, as cheaper and better for them in the long run.
where do you get voucher is it online

so if they are coming back clear do you not worm?

We act again on the vets instructions, but most of the time when they are clear then we do not. Last one we did was clear but they advise Equitape for mid may to be given, so its the normal time of year for tate etc we do but all other times when clear then we do not. Hope that makes sence.
