worm counts

where and how do you get a worm count done??? Do you have to do different tests for the different types of worms???

Oh and also cost please???

Our local vets used to do them for us. We just dropped it off with them. We only ever had one test done every 6 weeks and it cost about £8 per horse I think

yep same here i drop mine off at the vets we have all the hores tested now since i lost my old girl

I use Abbey Diagnostics, better imho than Westgate. be aware though that worm counts cannot detect tapeworm, only a blood test can do that.
