Wormer reaction in foal

Hi - gave my 8 week old foal a Panacur wormer yesterday, and today he has got a swollen chin and eyes also eyes are a bit gunkey. He was fine before so am pretty sure it is a reaction to the wormer - has anyone had this before, does it usually go away or is it a vet job?

I think any adverse reaction of anyything in an 8 week foal is probably a vet job.

With young animals, it's always safest to get the vet out as they are more vulnerable and can deteriorate more quickly than adults. Hope he recovers soon.
