Worming a pup

Our pup was wormed at 8 weeks just when we got her and we were told to worm her at 12 weeks, is this right or should she have been done at 10 weeks she will be 11 weeks on Sat. The vet didn't mention worming when OH took her second jab on Monday. What is the best product to worm her with at this age? Thanks.

I used panacur, every 2 weeks till they hit 12 weeks. for the spangey rescues, being on the emergency shift I dont deal with wormers to often or puppies, that was my mams instructions
