Does anyone have a good one, or can you point me to a website or similar? I've just come off a yard where everyone had to follow the same worming programme, so I have never really thought about it.

At my new yard everyone does their own thing - my horse has individual turnout so will be avoiding cross-contamination or whatever it is called?

I am used to only worming at prescribed times of the year, and do worm counts between times - Bob last had a count 6 weeks ago and was clear

Just found this which seems to suggest you only need to worm twice a year?

Wish I had thought to ask the vet, who was out today to do his vaccination

Did the equest one and then wrote to wormers direct. They sent me my own worming plan. They send me a reminder when next wormer is due, I reply and they then send it to me - usually comes in 2 days - they are brilliant

i worm count and only worm spring and autum for tape worms but i use a multi wormer so it covers for bots as well no point in worming if they have no worms. Otherwise i would use the equest equest pramox programme!
