will it be ok to ride her, ive read the box but it doesn't say ??

I'd say that that's perfectly fine to ride her tomorrow

I don't really understand why you don't ride your horse for 24 hours after worming?? Does your horse get ill or something when it is wormed?

Years ago we used to always rest our horses for 24 hours after worming, but the wormers then were pretty powerful (there was one called Frisk, which would kill chickens if they picked at the horse's poo after worming!) and quite often made the horses scour. The wormers available now are much, much better and there shouldn't be any problems.
