hi need some advice on riding after worming i have never riden after worming but some people at my yard said its old fashion and its ok to ride

Ride no problem at all.

with today's modern wormers and i fit healthy horse i see no reason why you should not ride after worming.

Yeah, wormers are super modern now and we always ride straight away presuming you've had no adverse reaction to the wormer used in the past.
