Once a year, using a double dose of pyrantel to control tapeworms. I egg count, but haven't yet had a blood test done to measure tapeworm burden. There are always some eggs present at counting, but never huge numbers. I'm lucky in that I have them at home, and haven't had any incoming horses for several years.
