Hey, I'm not quite sure who else to ask so decided to post here. My horses are on a 'quite' country road near Belfast. However, a few people seem to find the road a perfect place to look over Belfast (unfortunately on drugs, marrijuanna) in there car. The horses are brought in every evening at around 9 from the field and these people park there car from around half 7 to 10. We were hoping as the good weather was coming in we could start keeping them out overnight as horses being horses they don't particularly want to come in at evenings.
Tonight my dad and I went out to bring them in and these people sped off as we were walking down the feild, we took no notice of it as they are there every night. We are beginning to become worried about the horses as they dump rubbish into the feild and about an hour later they were back and shining a torch up towards our house. My mother and I went outside to listen to them and we heard them saying "do you think they are trying to catch us" we don't want trouble from them and do not want our horses in danger but we worry if we get in contact with police they will know it was us that reported them.
This evening my daughter brought up if they would potentially try poisen or damage the horses in fear of us reporting there drug use. We feel as though we are in a sticky position as they obviously know we're we live.
Has anybody dealt with this before or know any potential deterants that could be used to keep them away.
Thank you
