Goli's bottem baby teeth fell out last week and his new teeth are coming through (he will be 3 in may) The one on the right seems to be coming through straight like normal but the one on the left seems to be coming out on an angle and overlaping a different tooth slightly.
Will it sort itself out as it comes through? I have the vet out on the 15th so will get him to have a peek but thought i would ask people on here.

I was slightly worried when one of my three year olds teeth looked rather like yours. My EDT told me not to worry, even if they did not straighten it would not stop her being able to eat properly.

dont worry they often look like that but horses are quite resiliant and the tooth will in time find its own way and be sat perfect in 6mnths time, the lowers are every so slightly late too as all 4 should shed around the same time.dont panic all will be fine as by the time he is 3 1/2 the next set of 4 will be due to shed anyway.....

It may straighten up as it comes into wear with the top teeth.

If not it's not going to be a huge issue if it doesn't. Hopefully it will be ok enough to near down without trouble and it'll be just cosmetic.

Echo what has been said above really, don't worry about the over lapping ones as the next tooth will come out in 6months - 1 yr,

they should straighten up when they come into wear but as Kallibear says even if they are slightly wonky they look close enough to still be fully functioning so might just on be cosmetically perfect.
