Take a filly foal off the mare, and put it straight in with an older gelding (just out of training, fit and full of food) with hind shoes on?
Our neighbour did. Result = one kicked filly and bust artery in the chest.
What a f#cking muppet! Also, these are the sort of people the HRA are giving licenses to, they need a just as big kick up the ass.

Filly is apparently ok (looks ok - can see into barn off road). He thought she was going to bleed to death, stood there for 1/2 half hour with fist in hole waiting for vet.
He said to my dad last night, 'was her own bloody fault, she went sniffing around him.'
